A LITTLE ABOUT US

Since 2007 Premier Carpet Care has been providing southeast Nebraska with high quality carpet and floor cleaning. Our business is family owned and operated and is built on repeat customers and referrals. We are committed to our community and we are members in the Beatrice Chamber of Commerce. Our mission is to ensure you always receive top notch service.
Arlyn Ullsperger

Arlyn started a part time carpet cleaning business in 2007 after purchasing portable carpet cleaning equipment. As business continued to grow, he purchased truck mount carpet cleaning equipment.  
After retiring from the Beatrice Fire Department in October of 2008, it became a full time business opportunity. Arlyn soon found that there was also a need for rapid response water damage cleanup. This led our company to become trained and certified in water damage restoration.

Arlyn and Tarri have been married for over 40 years and have 2 grown daughters and 2 grandsons. They enjoy spending time with their family, attending their grandsons activities, and traveling.
 
 

Eric Roschewski: 


Eric married Angie UIlsperger (Arlyn's daughter) in 2002. After working in the test department at Exmark Manufacturing for 10 years, Eric joined the family business in 2009. They enjoy following their 2 son's activities which include playing sports, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. Eric has multiple IICRC certifications.
